Parking passes are available to order with this form at a discounted price of $15USD per pass. Onsite parking passes are $20USD per pass. Parking passes are valid for all soccer complex locations. Note: tournament parking passes are NOT valid at SEAWORLD- you will have the option to drop off attendees at SEAWORD or pay parking at SEAWORLD.

Pre-order parking passes will be available to be picked up at registration or Culebra Creek Headquarters and should be paid at that time. Payment in cash or check (payable to Premier Soccer Services)
