Motor Configuration through BUS (Large & Med. AC, RPMAC, Submersible, VS Master, Large & Med DC, Specialty) Quick Start Guide

 Go to transaction VA21 to create a quote. Enter your Quotation type. This number varies by country, see the drop down box for the list of available codes. (Example: North America and others use Z100)

 On the next screen, enter the Sold-To-Party account # and any other quote or customer specific information. Enter your quantity in the Order Qty field and “CUSTOM” in the Material number field.

 The following screen will pop up. Click on the “New” icon.  The “Create Custom Product Customer Requirements” screen will open. To access the Baldor Reliance Custom Motor Configurator, select “Configured Reliance Motor” and click the “Configurator” button.

 The motor configurator will open. Select the type of motor you want to configure and enter the requirements.  Once you complete the configuration you will be able to return to VA21 in BUS. You can then save your Quote by clicking on the Save icon.
