Spring Book-Fair & Grandparents Breakfast

Spring Book-Fair & Grandparents’ Breakfast March 12, 2014 Dear Parents & Grandparents,

The Shepard Hill Elementary School Spring Book-Fair and Basket Raffle will take place March 24 through March 28. This will be a very busy week. One family favorite activity this week will be the Grandparents’ Breakfast.

In an effort to provide a better experience for families Shepard Hill Elementary School is going to host students and their grandparents on two different days based your child’s grade level. Instead of three meal waves, there will now be two waves. The first wave will be from 7:50 to 8:20. The second wave will be from 8:30 to 9:00. The book fair will be open each morning from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM.

 If your child is a Pre-School student, Kindergartener or first Grader breakfast will be served on Thursday March 27, 2014 only.

 If your child is, a second grader or third grader breakfast will be served on Friday March 28, 2014 only.

The RSVP attachment must be returned to school no later than Wednesday, March 19, 2014. RSVP’s for breakfast cannot be accepted after that date because a food order will be submitted. Please note that our school will log each RSVP in the order they are received. We are limited to how many people can be served at each meal. Instead of turning away guests, we reserve the right to change your time selection if your selected breakfast wave is already full. You will receive confirmation of your mealtime by Tuesday March 25, 2014. ______
