Warranty Bazaar Secure EDGE is a service agreement, which transfers the financial risk related to product failures from the buyer to Warranty Bazaar. Secure EDGE from Warranty Bazaar is a service coverage for the 1st year from the valid date of purchase of the product.

Warranty Bazaar 1st Year Cover Support.
1. Definitions: Unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms would have the prescribed meanings: AIPL: Aegean Infotech Private Limited, a company duly registered under Indian Companies Act 1956 having its Registered Office at New Delhi. www.warrantybazaar.com: Warrantybazaar.com is a business unit of AIPL. It is a Portal owned by AIPL, selling Extended Warranty Service and Accidental Damage Protection Plan for Mobile Phone, Tablet. Warrantybazaar.com: It is a brand name of AIPL in short it is referred to as WBC or WB.
Customer: An end-user (a person, firm, company or the legal entity) which purchases the Equipment(s) Only from ShopClues.com. Or Sellers Authorized by WB & ShopClues.com
Are authorized to get the Repair Service Coverage for 1 st Year from valid date of purchase.
WBC Authorized Service Centre (WASC): WBC Authorized Service Centers within the territory of India, which repair/service the Equipment(s). These service centers are authorized by AIPL and located across India.
2. Coverage Period
• WB Secure EDGE Protection Plan is valid for 1st year for 12 months on valid purchase date and coverage will begin immediately after the 10 day of approved delivery from ShopClues.com to end customer.
• Warranty validation / Warranty period confirmation would be done through Customer’s purchase Invoice and Delivery Date of the Equipment. • Customer shall be required to provide a valid proof of purchase including Purchase Invoice of the Equipment(s), as a pre- condition for availing the WBC Protection Plan of the Equipment(s).
3. Support Type
This will provide customer with PICK and DROP facility.
All minor repair/replacement of spare parts malfunctioned due to manufacturing defect.
This WB SECURE coverage will not cover ADP (Accidental / Liquid damage). However Customer can reach out to our customer care for the ADP cases & repairs, but need to pay for the final costs covering ADP repairs.

4. What is covered?
WB Covers the 12 months repairing cover warranty from valid date of purchase.
5. Which parts or accessories or events are not covered?
• Accessories like battery, charger, hands free, memory card, SIM/UIM card, data cable etc. • Any losses due to attempting Software upgrade or installation of third party applications or Data Transfer or Virus etc. • War and war like operations including civil war. • Nuclear perils or radioactive contamination. Any loss or damage caused by liquid or water infiltration into the device • Any loss or damage resulting from overload, experiments or tests requiring the imposition of abnormal conditions • Gradually developing flaws, defects, marring or scratching of equipment, wear and tear from normal use or exposure • Willful act or willful neglect or gross negligence of the device • Any loss of or damage to any electronic data and/or software /operating system, storage media, data/records or similar intangible items unless damage to or loss of device is covered within terms and conditions of policy • Loss or damage caused by electrical or mechanical breakdown and / or electrical failure or short-circuit. • Any loss or damage caused by Terrorism and Sabotage perils • Loss of or damage to device which has had its serial number label and/or similar identification labels removed, defaced or altered. • Theft / Burglary/ Housebreaking • Loss outside territorial limits of India • Loss or damage which is covered under supplier, dealer or manufacturer’s warranty • It does not cover, if Model Number or Serial Number or IMEI/MEID/ESN number sticker of the device is removed, altered, damaged, defaced, smudged or erased unless valid proof of manufacturer is furnished denoting such changes. • If the model No.or serial no. or IMEI/MEID/ESN no. Sticker of device is not matching with our collected data, which were captured during registration or stored information in the device, then warranty will be null and void. • Any attempt to open device or repair by unauthorized service centre or repair by unauthorized service personnel. • Any loss due to virus, short circuit, explosion of battery, non- compatible accessory used by customer. • Service support to other country except India.
7. Your Responsibilities
To receive service or support of Protection Plan, you agree to comply with the following: • You need to retain the Invoice of, Original Equipment purchased from ShopClues , for getting service and support from Warrantybazaar.com.
• Provide information about the symptoms and causes of the issues with the Covered Equipment. • Respond to requests for information, including but not limited to the Covered Equipment serial number, IMEI/ESN/MEID, model, version of the operating system and software installed, any peripherals devices connected or installed on the Covered device, any error messages displayed, actions taken before the covered device experienced the issue and steps taken to resolve the issue. • Follow instructions AIPL gives you, not to provide SIM/UIM card, charger, memory card, case, battery, hands free, etc. which are not covered under the warranty along with your defective device while availing service from Warranty Bazaar Authorized Service Centre (WSC). If you give any/few/all of the items mentioned above then it would be on your own responsibility and not AIPL.
8. Governing Laws:
The courts of Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising hereunder.
11. Service Provider:
All repairs are made with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Service parts & Taken care by Warranty Bazaar authorized Service Centers.

16. General Terms:
AIPL may subcontract or assign performance of its obligations to third parties but shall not be relieved of its obligations to you in doing so. • You are not required to perform preventative maintenance on the covered device to receive service under this plan. • In carrying out its obligations AIPL may, at its discretion and solely for the purposes of monitoring the quality of AIPL’s response, record part or all of the calls between you and AIPL. • You agree that any information or data disclosed to AIPL under this Plan is not confidential or proprietary to you. Furthermore, you agree that AIPL may collect and process data on your behalf when it provides service. This may include transferring your data to affiliated companies or service providers in accordance with the AIPL Customer Privacy Policy. • AIPL has security measures, which should protect your data against unauthorized access or disclosure as well as unlawful destruction. You will be responsible for the instructions you give to AIPL regarding the processing of data, and AIPL will seek to comply with those instructions as reasonably necessary for the performance of the service and support obligations under the Plan. If you do not agree with the above or if you have questions regarding how being processed in this way may impact your data, contact AIPL at the telephone numbers provided. • AIPL will protect your information in accordance with AIPL Customer Privacy Policy as available at www.warrantybazaar.com
