DC Child and Family Services Agency, Washington, DC Supervisory Social Worker August 2009 – August 2014 Investigative Social Worker June 2004 – August 2009 In Home and Reunification Social Worker October 1995- December 1997 Implemented the child abuse and neglect law in the District of Columbia. Supervised a unit of 5 employees within the Child Protective Services Administration (CPS). Managed the DC Child Abuse and Neglect Hotline during the midnight shift. Managed the investigations of alleged child abuse and neglect of licensed graduate social workers and licensed independent social workers. Managed the daily decision making process, risk level assessment and crisis intervention of reports that come into the child abuse and neglect hotline.
