BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSED ACTIVITIES

(Amendment 4) This amendment addresses changes from the last amendment (Amendment 3) IEE as follow:

1. Removal of the Alliance to Combat the Illegal Trade in Threatened and Endangered Species in Asia and Support to Mekong River Commission (MRC) as they were completed.

2. Extension of the End Date to September 30, 2019.

All conditions as provided in the Amendment 3 IEE remain unchanged.

As activities are further developed over the project period, any activity presenting a risk of having significant environmental impact will be subject to additional review and final concurrence by the Asia Bureau Environment Officer.
