Use this form to complete your book review. You can type right onto the document, if you save it first. When you save it, just add your name to the document name, but don't change anything else. Your answers must be written in complete sentences with proper paragraphing and grammar or this will be sent back to you to be redone. Be sure to begin with a topic sentence (hint – restate the question)
Remember – a good paragraph should be 6-7 sentences long. You must use at least one quotation from the book in one of your answers, so be sure to format that quotation properly.

1. Pick 2 characters from the book to discuss below. First, list a word that you would use to describe that character. Then give 2-3 specific examples from the book that illustrate this trait in the character. So, if you say that a character is honest, then give specific textual evidence that shows this trait. Think about things the character says or does that lead you to believe this about the character. Massie Block- A 13 year old girl who doesn't really like anyone to steal her spotlight. She can be a bit spoiled at times but sometimes she can be a really good friend. She can be paranoid at times like what she eats. She hates eating something with too much sugar or fat. She is the leader of her school so everyone pretty much obeys her. Claire Lyons- Claire is a girl who isn't as rich like Massie is but she is super nice. She can be very self-conscience and she does try to fit in but she is a really nice friend. She can be clumsy too. For example whenever Massie lends her a nice pair of pajamas, Claire just ends up spilling some sauce or something on it. Claire is really happy though because she is finally friends with Massie.
2. Summarize the plot of the book. What are the main events? The book Invasions of the Boy Snatchers is about 5 girls who deal with lots of drama with a girl named Nina. She is the cousin of Alicia Riviera who is one of the 5 girls. The girls: Massie, Dylan, Alicia,Claire, and Kristen all have a little trouble with Nina and especially the leader Massie. Through out the story Massie and her friends try to distroy Nina from ruling there school. In the beginning of the story Massie and Claire start to become friends. They do everything together and Massie is really starting to enjoy being around her. When Massie hears some bad news from Claire's nosy brother, she becomes really scared. The news was that Claire might move to another place. That same night there was a party and Claire's father was going to announce the news. Todd, Claire's brother, stands up and refuses to leave and so did Claire. After thinking about it, Claire's father decides not to move.
