In recognition of his distinguished performance as Aircraft Propeller Mechanic, 19th Component Maintenance Squadron, 19th Maintenance Group, 19th Airlift Wing, Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas, from 00 November 1997 to 00 February 2011. During this period, Mr. (Employee name) served as C-130 propeller subject matter expert for three major commands. He expertly trained thousands of students worldwide to include a deployment to Cairo, Egypt where he certified three valve housing testers, and trained six technicians. Mr. (Employee name) performance led to twenty four awards for excellence, including five Arkansas Federal Employee of the Year awards between 2002 and 2007, one Lt. General Leo Marquez Award in 2003, and three Little Rock Air Force Base Civilian of the Year Awards between 2005 and 2008. His towering record of unsurpassed performance helped the 19th Component Maintenance Squadron earn an Outstanding rating for Air Mobility Command’s 2009 Logistic Standardization Evaluation Program Inspection and an Outstanding rating during the 2010 Unit Compliance Inspection. The distinctive accomplishments of Mr. (Employee name) reflects credit upon himself and the United States Air Force.
