Teen Advisory Group (TAG) Have your say in Library programmes for your age group; review books and submit them for other teens to read. Participate in activities and games. Earn Community Service hours. Meet new friends. Snacks are always provided. Teen Movie Challenge Teens get ready to binge watch your way to prizes. Between February 2nd to 16th check-out any Library DVD or Blu-ray, fill out the ballot and have a chance to win some awesome prizes. Bewdley & Gores Landing Bewdley Family Story Time Everyone is welcome to our 30 minute drop-in story time for stories, songs, and rhymes. In this program we share stories, activities, and a craft. Each week is a different theme. Your Bewdley Library can help develop early school skills for your child. Fridays @ 10:00 a.m. Families Welcome • Bewdley

Bewdley Yarn Circle Join us on Thursday nights for a social yarn circle. Bring your hooks, needles and yarn. Meet other crafters and discover new patterns and ideas. Refreshments will be provided. Every Thursday starting January 11th @ 7:00 p.m. Adults • Bewdley

Christmas Movie at Gores Landing Join us for a Christmas movie and activity! We’ll be watching Arthur Christmas. Refreshments provided. Riddle Me This Do you like solving riddles? Can you figure out the answer to our riddles? Visit to guess the riddle, and win a prize! Homeschooling Friends Join the Homeschooling friends for a weekly gathering and stories in the Youth Services Department. Families Welcome • Wednesdays @ 2:30 p.m.

Mother Goose For newborns to 24 month-olds and their caregivers. This is a 60-minute program featuring bounces, tickles, songs and stories. Registration Required

Family Story Time Everyone is welcome to our drop-in story time. We offer stories, songs and rhymes with your little ones. Visit the Library to enjoy early school skills and activities. Participate in a craft and enjoy a snack. Families Welcome • Wednesdays @ 10:30 a.m.

Gingerbread House Mania Make your own little house using graham crackers, icing and candy. While the icing dries, listen to a story and make a craft. Families Welcome Registration Required December 16th @ 10:00 a.m.

Family Story Time: Parachute Style Listen to stories, sing songs and have some parachute fun! Families Welcome Registration Required December 27th @ 10:30 a.m. Hap-Poutine New Year! We want to end Canada’s 150th celebration with good food and friends. Make your own poutine, and hang out with friends at the Library. Advise of food allergies during registration. Celebrate Family Literacy Day at CPL! Bring the whole family for a special story time on Family Literacy Day. Join Library staff for fun activities and create a personal piece of art using your name and paint. Celebrate the importance of reading! Boomers & Beyond: Libby at your Library Come meet Libby, the new Library app. Learn how to download and borrow ebooks or audiobooks with this user-friendly software. It has never been easier to access ebooks and audiobooks on a hand-held device. IPads, tablets, phones--all are welcome! We will even have some of the Library’s iPads on hand to play with, if you don’t have a device of your own. Cobourg Cookbook Club Calling all foodies! In this book club, we pick the food theme and you check out any cookbook that relates. You select and make a recipe at home and then bring it in to share. We will discuss the cookbooks and what you liked or didn’t like about the recipe, all while enjoying food! Library Book Club @ The Rustic Bean Returning in 2018 is the popular Library book club held at the Rustic Bean in downtown Cobourg. The Club meets at 5:00 pm on the last Monday of each month and focuses on a different author. The Library picks the author and you pick any book written by that author.
