11:30-12:30 Science communication in academia George Garinis Dimitris 12:30-13:30 Science communication for business Koutsioulis 13:30-14:30 Lunch break 14:30-16:30 Pitch your own idea ALL ESRs - Presentation by each ESR - 10 minutes maximum to convince your audience - Get specific feedback by the lecturers

Create your presentation to convince the audience for: - your project - your PhD thesis - your idea - a product you want to market - Your time is strictly 10 minutes but less should be OK. Try to create an engaging presentation to convince your audience – they could sponsor or fund your idea. - What is your Aim/idea - Why is it important - Why now is the right moment for this - Why the audience should care - How are you going to tackle the problem - What are the potential risks - Why are you the best person to solve the problem

17:00-17:30 The lecturers and the all the fellows will vote for the best presentation. The winner will get a great present/prize to remember this experience!!!
