Course Schedule Monday Evenings 6:30pm to 9:00pm PMFM-201 Rm. 8 Ministry Foundations (Practices of Ministry) Dr. Wilfred Graves, Jr., Ph.D. This class is an overview of the discipline of Christian ministry. Topics of study include the historical and theological nature of the church, principles of evangelism and edification, spiritual gifts, the training and equipping of lay leadership. This course also examines contemporary ministry career opportunities in church and para-church ministries.

Tuesdays Evenings 6:30pm to 9:00pm THPT-201 Rm. 8 History of the Pentecostal Movement & Early COGIC Prof. Eugenia Greene, M.A.C.E. This class is a survey of the history of the beginnings of the Pentecostal-Holiness Movement founded at the Bonnie Brae House and the Azusa Street Revival of Los Angeles led by Bishop William J. Seymour. Emphasis will be placed of the history of the life of Bishop C. H. Mason, founder of the Church of God in Christ and the denomination’s beginnings.

On-Line THPT-201 Rm. 8 History of the Pentecostal Movement & Early COGIC Dr. Zenobia Bereal, D. Min. This online class is a survey of the history of the beginnings of the Pentecostal-Holiness Movement founded at the Bonnie Brae House and the Azusa Street Revival of Los Angeles led by Bishop William J. Seymour. Emphasis will be placed of the history of the life of Bishop C. H. Mason, founder of the Church of God in Christ and the denomination’s beginnings.

Thursdays Evenings 6:30pm to 9:00pm BENT-210 Rm. 8 The Gospel of Matthew Prof. Cheryleigh Bullock, M.A.B.S. This class is a journey into the social, historical and literary world of Matthew’s Gospel, one of the premier Gospel’s of Jesus. We will examine the cultural and social events surrounding the Gospel’s author, as well as his audience. We will then move to the heart of Matthew’s story of Jesus as we explore the plot, settings, characters and their viewpoints. We will explore what Matthew had to say, how he said it and how we might experience his Gospel proclamation in our lives today. Come study Matthew in a way that you have not studied the Gospel before!
