1. Attach an up-to-date resume

2. Include a list and description of the proposed activities in which you would like to be involved in as the Educator-in-Residence. The maximum length should be 300 words or less.

3. Include a more detailed description of the proposed activity or activities. The maximum length should be 1,500 words. The entire document should be double-spaced, in 12 point typeface, with one inch margins. Please address the following:

A. Importance of or need for this activity B. Objectives to be accomplished/products to be developed C. Specifically what are you proposing to do? D. Proposed Timeline E. Anticipated Final Product

4. Three letters of recommendation/support from faculty or professionals in your field, administrators or other appropriate individuals should be included with your application package.
