Confidential Registration Number To assure complete anonymity, competitor(s) are asked to select a Confidential Registration Number consisting of a chosen 2-letters followed by a 6-digit random number.

This number will be the only means of recognition on all submitted materials, and is to be clearly affixed to the top right hand corner of the rear of all entry drawing panels and the bound document containing the design proposals and drawings.

No other symbols, mottos or distinguishing marks may be placed on any part of the competition design and submitted materials.

Section 4

Declaration The following declaration must be filled in by the individual competitor or the team leader.

I/we fully agree and accept the conditions of the Competition as prepared by the competition promoter and supporting organizations and will also accept the decisions made by the jurors relating to the award of prizes for the Competition.

I/we declare that the submitted design is my/our own work and was prepared under my/our supervision.

In the event that the design entry prepared by me/us is not submitted on behalf of the practice of which I am one of/we are the practicing architects or staff, I/we declare that the promoting organizations and supporting organizations will not be liable for any consequences that may arise as a result of any possible disputes between me/us and my/our employer(s) over the Competition.
