1. Call To Order/Roll Call: Members Present: Chrysostom, Harvey, Farley, Hampton, Jackson, Miller, Rawls Staff Present: Colleen Jolley

2. Chair Comments: Announced we have a few housekeeping issues before starting presentations.

3. Approval of Agenda: Motion to approve agenda was made by Farley, seconded by Hampton and carried unanimous.

4. Approval of Minutes: Motion to approve August 30, 2016 minutes was made by Farley, seconded by Hampton and carried unanimous.

5. Chair & Vice-Chair Appointment: Motion to appoint Paul Chrysostom as Chairman and Cliff Harvey as Vice-Chairman was made by Jackson, seconded by Hampton and carried unanimous
