Approval of Agenda: Motion to approve agenda was made by Farley, seconded by Hampton and carried unanimous.</p><p>4. Approval of Minutes: Motion to approve August 30, 2016 minutes was made by Farley, seconded by Hampton and carried unanimous.</p><p>5.
