Position Purpose: Working collaboratively with the Group HR Manager and the Executive Director South Western Health Services this position will support and advise Divisional Managers on various HR components. The position will predominantly focus on recruitment, (group, local & international), workforce planning, performance management, performance reviews, return to work and award/agreement interpretation.
