Welcome to our group and thank you for registering with us. We currently have medicine available and all of our medicine is top quality cannabis, grown indoors under controlled conditions.

At the present time, we have no dispensing facility available. We do, however, deliver in Sierra County and Dona Ana counties. In most cases, we will deliver directly to your home. There will be no charge for deliveries in Sierra County. There will be a $5.00 delivery fee in Dona Ana County, and we will make individual arrangements for people in other areas. We normally deliver to Las Cruces once a week. Orders received prior to 1 PM will normally be delivered the same day. In Sierra County, deliveries are made between 3pm and 5pm Monday - Friday.

Following are two sections that we urge you to read carefully:

1. The Rules and Regulations that we all have to comply with for the safety and security of everyone concerned and based on our agreement with the New Mexico Department of Health; and,

2. A list of available products, prices and ordering options.

For everyone’s safety and security we insist that everyone involved abide by the specific procedures outlined in the following pages. We retain the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.

The Staff of MJ Express-O For the safety and security of all parties, we are requiring that everyone abide by the rules listed below:

1. Only a registered patient or their authorized caregiver may purchase and receive medical cannabis products. Each time you make a purchase, we must verify your identity by viewing your New Mexico driver’s license or state issued identification card as well as your New Mexico Medical Cannabis Patient/Caregiver Card. Your ID and your patient card must be current. If they are expired, we cannot dispense to you.

2. No one who is obviously intoxicated or under the influence of narcotics will be allowed to receive product.

3. Until we have a dispensing facility set up, we can only accept cash payments

4. You must tell us, IN ADVANCE, what you want to purchase. We will only have the product for delivery that has been pre- ordered. Payment will be due upon delivery.

5. Please be as discreet as possible about the process both for your safety and ours.

6. We will not share any of your personal information with anyone and we would appreciate it if you would afford us the same courtesy. Do not give our location, name, phone numbers, email address, etc. to anyone unless they are also registered patients. We appreciate your referrals.

7. We are not allowed to sell more than 6 ounces of medicine to any one person in a three month period. Please note that we are required to report to the State Department of Health any single purchase of 2 ounces or more.

8. We are not allowed by State Law to give any quantity discounts for any reason.

9. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we will refund your purchase price or replace it with another strain upon return of the remaining product.

All prices include taxes and fees except as noted regarding delivery.

We will package your order with your NMCC ID# on the package and have it sealed for delivery to you. Once we have received your order, we will contact you to confirm the order and arrange a specific date and period of time for the delivery.
