Vocabulary, Lesson 1A/EI2201 - Last name/ Surname: A name shared by all the members of a family. - This is……. An alcoholic drink made from the juice of grapes. - Royal: Connected with or belonging to the king or queen of a country. - Beef: Meat that comes from a cow.

(to earn a lot of money= to make a lot of money) - To draw: To make pictures. - Kind: Type. - Just: Only, precisely. - In a hurry: Not having enough time to do something. - Stressful: Causing a lot of anxiety and worry. - Lonely: Unhappy because you have no friends or people to talk to. -Unemployed: Without a job although able to work. - Retired: Not working anymore because you are old or ill. - To guess: To try and give an answer to a question without knowing all the facts. - Factory: A place where goods are made. - Qualifications: A skill or type of experience that you need for a particular job or activity.
