Assertive Community Treatment - ACT ACT Nurse – Part-time position approximately 24 hours per week. RN degree and at least 1-year experience in either Mental Health or Medical-Surgical Nursing

Blended Case Management Case Manager – Full time position in case management. Requires Bachelor degree in Human Services and experience working with individuals diagnosed with a mental illness. Referral Specialist – Full time position. Responsible for processing referrals made to case management programs and immediate follow up with clients until permanent case manager is assigned works under the supervision of the Community Liaison. Must have a Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field and experience working with adults and children with mental health diagnosis.

Intellectual Disabilities Supports Coordinator - Full-time position working in ID program. Must have Bachelor degree in Social Services and experience working with individuals diagnosed with intellectual disabilities.

Outpatient Therapist – Full Time, Part Time and Fee for Service hours are available. All candidates must have a Master degree and license. Drug and Alcohol experience preferred. Psychologist/Lead Clinician – Full time position that entails both the provision of direct therapy services in an Outpatient setting as well as the oversight of the graduate student training program. Applicants must possess a doctoral degree in psychology and a license to practice psychology in the state of Pennsylvania.

Adult Residential Resident Assistant –Part time positions available working in Adult Residential. Must have experience working in residential program. Various schedules available. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Part time position working in Adult Residential. Must have experience working in residential program. Schedule is 25 hours per week with a varied schedule. CNA license required.

The incentive for referring new employees is $1,000 for a full-time position and $500 for part-time (at least 15-20 hours per week) position. Remember that referral bonus applies ONLY to PMHC employees. Anyone not an employee, like an Independent Contractor, Vendor, or anyone outside of the agency, is not eligible for this benefit.
