ASQ Section 1408 November 2012, p. 4 October Meeting Speaker Chris DuRoy, PhD Licensed Psychologist will speak on: Stress Management; What to do when you can’t do anymore! We all experience frustrations in our lives, especially in the workplace…. the feeling of being overwhelmed can often lead to stress. Dr. DuRoy will discuss how to deal with the variety of issues that often cause stress, and the mental strategies that can be used to manage those stressors in order to perform your best in business and personal life.

Take the steps [email protected] or walkway up to the entrance west of the Metro Café. Enter through the double doors, turn left and follow the hall past the reception desk. The Oklahoma Quality Institute (OQI) room is down the hall on your left. For more information please contact Fred Khavari at If you use the front entrance, use the step or elevator to come to the lower level. Follow the [email protected] hallway around the corner and the OQI room will be on your right. If you use the steps, you will see a sign at the end of the hall point left for the meeting rooms.

We hope to see you at this Thursday’s Chris was born and raised in Oklahoma, and meeting!!! lives in Edmond with his wife Dana and two daughters. He earned his Bachelor’s degree at Oklahoma State, his Master’s at University Plan ahead & invite a friend &/or of Central Oklahoma, and his PhD in coworker..… and don’t forget Psychology with a specialization in sport psychology at Oklahoma State. Dr. DuRoy to make your Christmas Dinner worked at the Jim Thorpe Peak Performance Reservation!!! Center from 2000 to 2005, and has been at Oklahoma Heart Hospital since 2005. He also has a private sport psychology practice.
