Delaware State Clearinghouse Committee July 27, 2006

The July meeting of the Delaware State Clearinghouse Committee (DSCC) was called to order on July 27, 2006 by Representative Joseph G. DiPinto at 10:00 AM.

The following members were in attendance:

Notification was received that this item was not selected for funding and therefore has been withdrawn from consideration.

II. NEW BUSINESS

1. 06-05-02-02, Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Valerie Tickle

A MOTION was made by Russell Larson, seconded by Rep. Stone, to approve this project. The Motion passed unanimously.

A MOTION was made by Russell Larson, seconded by Rep. Stone, to table this project for the August meeting. The Motion passed unanimously.

A MOTION was made by Sen. Copeland, seconded by Rep. Stone, to approve this project. The Motion passed unanimously.
