I. Meeting Opened at 5:35 pm: The meeting was called to order by Brent Henley, Facilitator a. Opening Comments: Angela Morrison discussed rules of Open Meeting Policy. 1) Agendas for each meeting will be posted on the website week before each meeting. b. Approval of Minutes: 2) Members read over the minutes of previous meeting and motion made to accept the minutes of previous meeting by Jenny Krueger and seconded by Rudy Gonzalez. Motion carried.

II. 2013/2014 Budget and Turnaround Plan Impact presented by Billy Guidry and Dr. Cooper. a. After budgets, funding and the plans were presented the request of a more itemized breakdown of priorities and revenue projections were requested for future decisions. b. CEPC members also requested the tax impact per household breakdown.

III. Questions, Answer and Comments amongst the CEPC Members on information needed and clarity on request of the members.

IV. Wrap Up and Adjourn by Mr. Henley at 7:30 PM with closing remarks of expectations for future meetings.
