Meeting Opened at 5:35 pm: The meeting was called to order by Brent Henley, Facilitator a. Opening Comments: Angela Morrison discussed rules of Open Meeting Policy. 1) Agendas for each meeting will be posted on the website week before each meeting. b. Approval of Minutes: 2) Members read over the minutes of previous meeting and motion made to accept the minutes of previous meeting by Jenny Krueger and seconded by Rudy Gonzalez. Motion carried. </p><p>II. 2013/2014 Budget and Turnaround Plan Impact presented by Billy Guidry and Dr. Cooper. a. After budgets, funding and the plans were presented the request of a more itemized breakdown of priorities and revenue projections were requested for future decisions. b. CEPC members also requested the tax impact per household breakdown.</p><p>III. Questions, Answer and Comments amongst the CEPC Members on information needed and clarity on request of the members.</p><p>IV.
