Subject matter 4 substantially identical contracts with qualified recipients of grants/funding agreements under Clean Technology Innovation Program that relate to supporting applied research and development, proof of concept and early stage commercialisation activities that lead to the development of new clean technologies and associated services including low emission and energy efficient solutions, that reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Amount of consideration Amounts varying from $886,347 to $5,500,000 GST inclusive.

An aggregate of the total amount that will be paid in respect of grants and funding agreements under Clean Technology Innovation Program [consisting of an aggregate of all individual agreements with consideration of $100,000 or more] is $15,185,638.
