POSITION: Inside Sales(LM, PM, EAM) Recruiting Number: Location: Shanghai, China Travel: Per Request Posting Date: Sept, 2008

RESPONSIBILITIES:  Focus on telephone communication with existing customers. Call to drive business  Show value of Infor products and services to existing customers and find up-selling opportunity  Deliver the promotion materials (e.g. WebEx, luncheon, product launch program) for both direct and channel customers  Execute Customer Satisfaction Survey to ensure greatest customer satisfaction; e.g. Upgrades  Resurrect inactive accounts and maintain good relationship with customers  Close deals on small orders. E.g. add users, add modules

REQUIRED SKILLS:  3-5 years experience in inside Sales, in general commercial field, especially in listed company and holding companies environment  good English language skill in email communication, and able to communicate with overseas colleagues over conference call  Bachelor Degree or above  A fast learner and can work well under pressure  A hungry for business sales attitudes
