Call to drive business  Show value of Infor products and services to existing customers and find up-selling opportunity  Deliver the promotion materials (e.g. WebEx, luncheon, product launch program) for both direct and channel customers  Execute Customer Satisfaction Survey to ensure greatest customer satisfaction; e.g. Upgrades  Resurrect inactive accounts and maintain good relationship with customers  Close deals on small orders.
