Designation Office Manager Responsibilities:  Reporting to Managing director and General Manager directly.  Managing all travel arrangements for the staffs, such as booking tickets, issuing LPO’s etc.  Handling Petty Cash for daily office expenses and claims.  Handling inventory for office assets.

Documents to be input include AUM, Consultant notes, Correspondence, Exposure/Attribution, Presentations, DDQ, Meeting notes, Monthly & Quarterly letters, website details and contact details.  Maintain/follow up with external fund managers, financial institutions and other departments on outstanding issues.  Downloading monthly manager and any other related correspondence from websites.  Moving documentation to correct invested entity and deleting legacy / redundant entities from AMP.  Run report on 20th of each month and identify gaps in monthly correspondence.  Generate 2nd report on 25th and follow up with managers.  Final check on the last day of each month.
