CREPES INGREDIENTS:

2 eggs 1 c. flour 2 T. sugar ¾ C milk ½ c. water 4 T. butter

DIRECTIONS:

Batter:

1) In a medium bowl, beat eggs until well-blended 2) Add the flour, sugar, milk and water; mix until smooth

Crepes

1) Melt some butter in a small fry pan rotating pan to coat the bottom 2) Pour scant ¼ cup of batter into pan; immediately rotate pan to evenly coat bottom 3) Cook for 1 minute or until underside is slightly brown 4) Flip crepe over and cook for about 15 seconds 5) Repeat these steps until batter is all used.
