Game Notes:  Yavapai scored four runs in the fifth inning after loading the bases.  Joy Veloz relieved Jessica Flores in the circle for the Lady Mats to start the sixth inning.  Hailey Cookson put Arizona Western up in the first inning.  Aylin Gutierrez hit a solo home run in the second inning to put the Lady Mats up 2-0. It was her fourth homer of the season, and it was the only extra-base hit of the day for Arizona Western.  Sydney Forray cut the lead to 2-1 with a solo home run in the fourth inning for Yavapai.  In the bottom of the seventh, Yavapai tied it up with a sacrifice fly from Karissa Pena before Nicole Matta hit home the winning run.  Jessica Flores was hit by a pitch for the fourth time in four games against Yavapai this season.  This is the first time the Lady Mats have been swept this season.
