About the role: -

This is an excellent opportunity for you to be integral in growing revenue streams on our www.franchiseinfo.co.uk portfolio of digital products. You will be a key figure in our continued growth and success.

A telephone sales role, you will generate and convert new business leads, increase repeat sales and cross sell to existing clients.

Your responsibilities will include: -

 Making and maintaining profitable sales across all products  Generating your own leads through research and contacting, via telephone, potential customers to qualify their needs and to build quality relationships with decision makers  Responding promptly to incoming leads  Professional, articulate, follow up of all customer contact by email to nurture future opportunities  Plan and prioritise your own sales activities to exceed all personal, team and business targets  Assist the project, editorial and production teams as required to ensure campaign objectives and plans are met  Attending our events, usually Friday and Saturday, to support the on- site logistics and acting as our representative

You will be able to demonstrate the following: -

 Excellent telephone manner and communication skills are essential  6-12 months experience in a telesales environment  A proven track record of closing telephone sales and exceeding targets  Degree education and/or relevant job-related experience  Highly organised, a strong team player and good problem solver  Should live less than an hour from our Wimbledon office
