Richard Stapleton

When Owen Stapleton was born in 1774 in Ballylooby, Tipperary, his father, Owen, was 12 and his mother, Ms. Ellen, was 12. He married Mary Norris and they had eight children together. He then married Mary A. Noonan and they had five children together. He died on 11 December 1857 in Sydney, New South Wales, having lived a long life of 83 years, and was buried there.
