Grouptyre Mercedes-Benz Dealer Promotion 1 st January – 31 st March 2016

1. The promotional period is 1st January – 31st March 2016 (Inclusive).

2. This trade incentive promotion is open exclusively to Mercedes-Benz Dealers who are signed onto the Official Mercedes-Benz and Grouptyre Tyre Programme (on-programme dealers) and who are trade customers of Group Tyre (UK) Ltd, a company registered in England under number 03203659 and whose registered office is at Suite 1 Weaver House Ashville Point, Sutton, Weaver, Runcorn, Cheshire, WA7 3FW (“Grouptyre”) (or a Grouptyre member company) aged 18 years and over (excluding anyone who is an employee of Group Tyre, Mercedes-Benz UK, Pirelli tyres, their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion).

3. To participate in the promotion, eligible dealers must go to the Grouptyre website www.grouptyre.co.uk/mercedespirellipromo2016 and answer correctly the question relating to the promotion, and then register for entry into the promotion. All car, van and 4x4 tyres purchased by registered Mercedes-Benz dealers from a member of Grouptyre during the promotional period will count in the competition. Each S/T/H rated tyre purchased by registered dealers from a member of Grouptyre during the promotional period will equate to one individual entry into the competition. Each W/Y/Z/4x4 and van tyre purchased by registered dealers from a member of Grouptyre during the promotional period will equate to three individual entries in the competition. Each Pirelli S/T/H rated tyre purchased by registered dealers from a member of Grouptyre during the promotional period will equate to three individual entries into the competition. Each Pirelli W/Y/Z/4x4 and van tyre purchased by registered dealers from a member of Grouptyre during the promotional period will equate to five individual entries in the competition.

4. There are 12 prizes. There are six prizes of a pair of tickets to visit the Mercedes AMG Petronas Formula One team factory in Brackley (date TBC but we will advise of the date a minimum of one month before the visit), which will be drawn first. There are an additional six prizes of a pair of Sunday Grandstand Tickets (including parking) to the 2016 Formula One British Grand Prix at Silverstone on Sunday 10th July 2016. For each prize, the winner must make their own way to the venue. Mercedes AMG Petronas Formula One reserves the right to refuse entry. All winners must be approved by them prior to the visit being confirmed.

5. Winners will be notified by e mail on Thursday 7th April 2016 and confirmation of acceptance of the prizes will be required.

6. All prize winners’ names will be available through promoter Grouptyre, Suite 1 Weaver House, Ashville Point, Sutton Weaver, Runcorn WA7 3FW.

7. It is deemed a condition of entry that winners consent to any reasonable request for PR activity. 8. Any “benefit in kind” tax liability has already been paid by Pirelli Tyres.

9. No cash alternative is available. No correspondence will be entered into.

10. Prizes are subject to availability and may be substituted by an alternative where necessary.
