Mediation, Facilitation and Training: Since 1992, I have been helping people across New Mexico make decisions together—even in difficult situations. By creating safe arenas in which individuals and groups develop their own resolutions, I give them opportunities to represent their own interests and share their perspectives. My offerings include mediation, facilitation, consultation and training for a broad range of clients and their issues—including divorce and child custody, special education/ADA, workplace/EEO, business and construction, and group intervention and planning facilitation. From February 2008 until November 2010, while continuing to see private clients, I served as fulltime Family Court mediator in the Second Judicial District Court in Albuquerque, providing mediation services to self-represented lower-income litigants in the court. Please see my website for more information.
