IN-SCHOOL AND/OR OUT-OF-SCHOOL FUNDRAISER PERMISSION SLIP

THE FIRM at Bethel High School will be having fundraisers throughout this year to raise money for our company auctions, company logo shirts, field trips, equipment, supplies, etc.

If you are interested in allowing your child to help us with these fundraisers, please fill out the form below. No students will sell without signed permission. Thank you in advance for your assistance and support.
