I am a soldier who is trapped in a war. I wonder when it’s going to be over. I hear bombs exploding everywhere. I see people dying or getting hurt. I want the war to end. I am a soldier who is trapped in a war.
I pretend I’m home in bed. I feel hurt by the aching in my leg. I touch the wounds of my fellow friends. I worry if I will die next. I cry because I want to go home. I am a soldier who is trapped in a war.
I understand what I must do. I say to myself that the war will be over soon. I dream about my mother. I try to do my best. I hope the war will be over. I am a soldier who is trapped in a war.
