6th March 2017 Dear Parents Southgate Cricket Club Colts Registration 2017 I delighted to introduce myself as the new coaching administrator for Southgate Cricket club and pleased to attach the necessary registration documents if you would like your child to take part in Southgate Cricket Club’s 2017 summer colts cricket programme. Existing, previous and new members will be required to a full registration this season to ensure we have correct and up to date records. We teach boys and girls from the ages of 8-15 to play and enjoy the game of cricket. Matches are arranged against other local clubs at various age groups at League, Cup and friendly level. Registration To register, please complete and sign both sides of the attached registration form and sign the SCC code of contact on side two and return both to me at the above email address or post it directly to me at Southgate Cricket Club at the address above.

Payment should made on-line direct to the club’s account: Barclays Bank, Southgate Branch, account no: 60854263, sort code 20-29-77. Payment by cheque (payable to “Southgate Cricket Club”) should be posted to the above address to the above address. Please ensure the players name is included on the back of the cheque and form included. We cannot accept payment in cash.

Programme and fees  Monday evenings from 24th April until 17th July 2017, 6.00 pm to 8.00 pm (including Bank Holidays)  School years 3 - 6: £110  School years 7-10 £130  If you have two children wishing to take part, please deduct £30 from the overall cost.

Important notice As a Cricket Club we require significant support from volunteers to exist. Would you be willing to volunteer two hours of your time this summer, to support the running of the junior section? If so please indicate positively on the attached form.
