What our Sales Professionals do every day:

 Introduce new products and solutions  Work with other Crescent employees and our vendor base to bring value to different people throughout a wide range of customers  Achieve customer satisfaction through conflict resolution and the supplying of superior products and services  Utilize resources, data and their own knowledge to determine both short and long term opportunities, and then the capitalize on them  Maintain account files, sales contacts, and pipelines  Submit reports in a timely manner

Minimum Qualifications to be considered:

 Education – High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred  Experience – A background in the HVAC industry and an understanding of the systems we are selling, with sales experience preferred  Communication skills – An exceptional ability to communicate effectively to a wide variety of audiences, via individual meetings, public speaking and the Microsoft suite of products (Outlook, Word, Exel, PowerPoint)  Vehicle – Reliable, insured and registered transportation, along with a valid driver’s license and safe driving record
