Youth Council 4/2/12 Minutes Members signed in with outgoing Secretary Molly and incoming Secretary Sarah Aldridge. Excused: Ashley, Joseph, Kyungmun, Paxton, Ryan; Late: Anna Catherine, John Outgoing President Cameron Watson called the meeting to order at 7:00. He turned over the gavel to incoming President Harmony Houston. Bunny Run volunteers met with Athletic Supervisor, Dawn Simpson, for their instructions. 2012-2013 Executive Board: President, Harmony Houston; Vice President, Danielle Aguiar, Secretary, Sarah Aldridge; Finance Chair, Sarah Hendricks; Promotions Chair, Kena Patel; Marketing Chair, Alexa Labadie; Social Chair, Anna Hathcock. Returning member applications were due tonight!!! If you are not returning, you were to email Debbie by this meeting. Member of the Year Award: Each member voted for the person he/she felt is the most outstanding Youth Council member. Winner will be announced at the Awards Banquet.

Park at the maintenance shed.  Be at W.W. Flowe Park by 9:30am RAIN OR SHINE  Wear your YC t-shirt!!! Bake sale items: for 5 points, bring individually wrapped cookies, brownies, cupcakes, etc. We loaded the trailer with tables, tents, props, etc.
