Hold Harmless Agreement

The Undersigned, hereinafter referred to as Permittees shall have the right to go upon (Owner’s name) (Property name) in (Location) County, Texas (Property) for purposes of participating in a metal detecting survey of the property site.

Permittees shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless (Owner’s name) its successors and assigns, from and against any and all claims, liabilities and causes of action of, to or by third persons, including Permittees and/or their successors, heirs and agents of (Owners name) for injury to or death of any person, and for damage to or destruction of any property, or claims, fines or penalties brought by any environmental enforcement agencies, any of the above which are the direct or indirect result of acts or omissions of Permittees in connection with or arising out of or in anywise incident to Permittee’s presence on Property regardless of whether such injury, death, damage and/or destruction is caused by or contributed to by the negligence of (Owner’s name), its employees, agents or representatives.

The right of Permittees to go upon Property shall be for (number) days only, (date: month days year)
