No charge to get in- the food is free/ participation in tournaments Donations for beverages $5 for 3 beers, if of age

One of the AWMA members needs to give a talk about who we are and what we do, at some point during the shindig! Get Brochures from AWMA, to pass out at BBQ and to be used at the UC table. Print out labels to attach to brochures
