1. Welcome and Fire Evacuation Procedures: (IS) welcomed all to meeting and completed the safety briefing.

2. Round the Table Inductions: All personnel introduced themselves and informed what unit they are from.

3. Discussion of Previous Minutes Helicopter Safety update – PPC a counselling service through Sodexo for any concerns on flying.

Minutes from previous meetings are loaded on the Sodexo HSE site. All reps can access this. Password and

Login is available through their unit manager or safety rep.

Discussion on safety alerts – Concerns on how they are worded and feel it`s a blame culture? The mind set is not to report an incident. This is not a blame game and is a sharing and learning tool. Need to look at how it`s worded and reported. Is statistics a financial game? Safety has never had any financial gain. Action – (KW) To look at the wording etc

Do we have time in our working day to investigate and discuss safety issues? Discuss with your manager for time out to focus on safety.

Chemical Storage- Are all chemicals stored in locked and signed cupboards? Lead stewards and supervisors are the only people to decant chemicals. Designated person to decant chemicals only, in doing this we are lowering the risk of our people getting any chemical splashes.

2 Aseptopol is no longer available and Pantastic has been replaced with this.. Aseptopol still on supply list and is also a sanitizer. Pantastic does not contain a sanitizer. Action – (CS) To speak to supply chain.

Accident & Investigation course – Safety reps to be trained on relevant training. Action - (IS) to look into appropriate training for reps. Report back to (KW).

Any Other Business – Donnut training Safety reps to highlight with the client about the sizes?

Novo virus - If any person appears at the heliport with symptoms they would be sent to Abermed. Procedures are in place and it is the duty of the individual to report this.

Anyone who has been to a foreign country and return to work is obligated to report any illness to the company.

4. Agenda: Safety moment to be shared with team

Discuss with team, the discussions held at Environmental meeting on 19th February

Safety reps to do a walk around the office, Report findings to KW

PRFS (Personal Responsibility for Safety) – This is a great tool; there are 11 programmes on this. Safety reps take the workforce through this. Management offshore should be supporting reps and giving them time to do this. If support is required, contact your Operational manager or HSE Manager to discuss your concerns. Suggestions and feedback required from reps for the following Quarterly meeting.

Safety Reps to carry on with two by two on units, concerns that the message is not being rolled out across all crew members.

The next Safety Reps Meeting will be on: 5th June 2014 – 10.00am start

Follow up meetings 21st August 2014, 27th November 2014
