ADDENDUM #1

1.0 Additions

1. Replace rusted electric baseboard heaters, in the washrooms, as required; anticipated amount: ~10. Size and model to match existing.

2. Remove and dispose of existing range hoods. Install new, (Owner supplied): “Broan”, by Nutone, model #BP130HWN, in each kitchen. Quantity: 36.

2.0 Clarifications

1. The vinyl planks, by Kennedy Flooring has been upgraded with a thicker wear layer; now called Ultimo 2.0. The colour is the same, but renamed; “Casablanca Oak”, #24837.

2. The Time and Materials for supply and install plywood subfloor shall be an hourly labour wage; and a square foot cost for 1/2” plywood.

3. Rescheduled Site Visit: Monday, March 21, 2016, @ 1:30PM
