Install new, (Owner supplied): “Broan”, by Nutone, model #BP130HWN, in each kitchen. Quantity: 36.</p><p>2.0 Clarifications</p><p>1. The vinyl planks, by Kennedy Flooring has been upgraded with a thicker wear layer; now called Ultimo 2.0. The colour is the same, but renamed; “Casablanca Oak”, #24837.</p><p>2. The Time and Materials for supply and install plywood subfloor shall be an hourly labour wage; and a square foot cost for 1/2” plywood.</p><p>3.
