I would like to congratulate you for your successful selection to join RAO Health Training Centre to pursue Certificate in Community Health. You are required to report on October 23TH, 2017. The classes will begin promptly on October 30, 2017. You are urged to report on the day and date noted above so that you don’t lose you vacancy.

A. FEES STRUCTURE.

 The annual school fees for Tanzanian students are: o Tuition 1,500,000/= o 2 Uniforms & T-Shirt 100,000/= TOTAL 1,600,000/=

WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH FOR TUITION PAYMENTS AT OUR INSTITUTION

 You are required to produce the pay-in-slip during the reporting day or you cannot be registered.

 We encourage students to pay the fees in full to avoid interruptions during your studies. You may also make payments in 3 installments: 1. 700,000/= before 31/10/17 2. 500,000/= before 31/01/18 3. 400,000/= before 31/04/18

B. Annual fees paid to Ministry of Health:

 EXAMINATION FEE 150,000.00/=

NACTE fees are to be paid at the bank listed below and original pay in slip must be delivered to college administration upon registration:

C. Community Field Study You will be required to undergo a Community Field Study in the beginning of the Second (2nd) Semester of your studies. You will be divided into groups and will be living in a remote village for a 2 month period. You will be responsible for the following costs: 1. Cost of living 150,000/= (food, transport, etc.) 2. Supervision 50,000/= (Staff visits while in field) Total 200,000/=

D. Other Materials Needed  4 Passport size photos (recent  4 Counter books  Original certificates  Leather Shoes (black for males and White for females  Grass cutter, bucket for water.
