SUMMARY OF INDUSTRY KICK-OFF MEETING DISCUSSION POINTS AND ACTION ITEMS

Meeting notes Action Items See meeting agenda and associated packet for full list of topics addressed. New site for LCC noted and documented. The LCC is proposed to be located in a space that is currently outfitted with a desk and standard office equipment. There is not currently staff located in this space. Computer and communications equipment is still proposed to be located in the server/ communications room. See deliverable 9.1 Revised Industry LCC Sketch for dimensions and layout. KHA requested ADT and accident information for the regional prioritization LA County and City of of CCTV cameras locations. Industry to send ADT and accident info to KHA. Industry would like to procure 5-6 more CCTV cameras in order to obtain KHA to send Industry a more complete coverage of the area – primarily on Gale Avenue. list of the new CCTV camera locations (Done). Industry confirmed that they would like to extend the existing traffic signal KHA to follow up with maintenance agreement to include operations, and would like to understand Jane. Jane to discuss and get some form of confirmation of the commitment to operations that the with John Ballas. County will be providing for the additional service/fee. (Done) Industry to double check current signal list KHA to e-mail the list of traffic signals that are currently being accounted for by this project, Industry to confirm list and note signals that will be coming online in the near future that are in the project study area.
