Lab Manager- Food Science Job Description: Aerotek Scientific currently has an opening for a Lab Manager for a client in the Food Industry located in Jacksonville, FL.

The Lab Manager's Requirements Include:

*A minimum of 5 years in a management position in the food industry.

*Masters Degree in a Scientific Discipline

*Ability to start a laboratory from the ground up, including: Ordering of supplies, hiring of staff, creating SOPs and documentation as well as managing the laboratory staff. *A minimum of 5 years experience in the laboratory performing residual chemistry analysis, using high performance mass spec.
