Russia A new may open in Moscow

Cherntsova’-Varginy’-Baranovy’s manor, located near Novokuznetskaya metro station was put on auction for sale. The manor building of the total area of 1,012 sq. meters built in XIX century is supposed to be redeveloped into a hotel. The starting offer price comprises RUB 141 m (U$ 2,1 m). A new hotel may open near Vnukovo airport

Moscow authorities are seeking for investors to develop a hotel new Vnukovo airport. Land plot with the total area of 9,300 sq. meters located near Vnukovo International Airport is put for tender. The tender is scheduled for September 12, 2019. Starting annual rental rate of the land plot comprises RUB 4 m (U$ 61,500). AMAKS opens a large resort in Moscow region

AMAKS hotel management company is in the process of finishing construction works in a new country complex Novaya Istra Resort. A new complex will work under AMAKS management. The new resort consists of 12 hotel buildings (505 rooms) including a restaurant, a banquet hall-transformer, a multifunctional medical center and a separate wellness building with 2 mineral basins. A new SPA-complex is being constructed with swimming pool, jaсuzzi, saunas, a fitness- center and beauty rooms. The complex is located on the land plot with total area of 22 Ha between Malaya Istra river and forest zone. Renovation of AMAKS Golden Ring hotel

The first stage of AMAKS Golden Ring hotel’s renovation is finished. As a result of renovation one of the largest congress- in Vladimir region increased its room count from 256 up to 271 units. It became possible as a result of hotel’s functional zoning revision. AMAKS Golden Ring Hotel is located in the center of Vladimir, offers 6 conference halls with the total capacity of 330 people, a few restaurants (buffet and a la carte), banquet and wellness centers. The full planned renovation works are scheduled to be finished during 2020. A new camping may open in Vladimir region

Aurora Group engineering company together with participants of World River (Reka Mira) project plans to develop a camping on the banks of Nerl river in Vladimir region. A new camping will appear near Fomikha rural village in 90 kilometers from Suzdal. Camping will offer all the necessary infrastructure for tourists: a kitchen, shower rooms, decks for tents, lavatory and garbage disposal systems. The main idea of the project is to promote rural and ecological and to make it more comfortable and attractive for larger audience.

Ibis hotel in Nizhny Novgorod is put for sale

Unfinished hotel located at Karla Marksa Street in Nizhny Novgorod was put on sale. Asking price comprises RUB 415 m (U$ 6,4 m). The hotel is a 12-storey building of the total area of 18 300 sq. meters for 302 rooms and a conference hall. The hotel was scheduled to open in 2018. Market experts assume that necessary investments to finish the hotel construction will amount to RUB 500 m (U$ 7,8 m). Two Hilton hotels may open in Omsk

Two upscale hotels under Hilton brands are announced in Omsk: DoubleTree by Hilton for 200 keys and Collection by Hilton for 120 keys. The hotels are scheduled to open till 2023. Hilton DoubleTree hotel project will be located at Mira Avenue, project investments are estimated at RUB 1,3 bn (U$ 20 m), the project developer in L-finance LLC. Curio Collection by Hilton project is a reconstruction of existing building located at Scherbaneva Street, project investments are estimated at RUB 450 m (U$ 6,9 m), project developer is Kompania Top Line LLC. Alpha Group sold Bridge Resort hotel in Sochi

Alpha Group sold its Bridge Resort hotel complex in Sochi to Sindica holding and Rota-development. According to open sources, the hotel was taken for RUB 5 bn (U$ 76,9 m) including existing debt. Bridge Resort complex consists of two hotels with the total area of 63,000 sq. meters – Bridge Resort for 700 rooms and Bridge Family for 134 rooms. The complex was built in view of the Olympics 2014. New hotel project in the center of Perm

Ministry of economic development and investment of Perm region plans to select a hotel development project to be located in the center of Perm. Authorities’ requirements to the future project are the following: the total area – 32,000 sq. meters, midscale and above category, total rooms – 130+ units, the total investment volume – RUB 1 bn+ (U$ 15,4+ m). Future hotel operator should be presented in 3+ countries around the world and manage 30+ hotels. The project should be developed before 2023. The project may become a priority so the winner can lease a land plot without a tender as well as obtain administrative support and consultations. Kyrgystan by Wyndham Hotels & Resort opened in Bishkek

Ramada by Wyndham Bishkek Centre opened in the center of Bishkek – the capital of Kyrgystan. The project became the first hotel under Ramada brand in Kyrgystan. The hotel offers 64 rooms, a gym, a restaurant with open terrace, two conference halls for 100 and 60 seats. The hotel is located not far from government offices and the Parliament of

SAFMAR Hotel holding increased its portfolio by Sheraton Palace Hotel in Moscow (one of brands). The hotel is located in the Tverskaya-Yamskaya 1st Street and offers 217 rooms. The hotel amenities include restaurants, 7 conference halls with the total capacity of 250 people, a SPA center and a beauty salon, a gym. VIY fund sold its share in Radisson Blu Park Royal Palace Hotel in Vienna, Austria

VIY Greater Europe Hospitality Fund SICAV-SIF fund sold its share in Radisson Blu Park Royal Palace Hotel to ECHO Fund SCSp (a hospitality fund from Luxemburg). Transaction assumes the sale of hotel and adjusted parking, transaction price comprises Euro 66 m. The hotel is located in the intersection of 13 and 14 districts of Vienna, near Technical museum facing Schönbrunn Palace. The hotel for 233 rooms, 21 suites and 10 private residences offers a restaurant, a lobby-bar, a conference-center, Spa and fitness centers.
