There are 4 steps left to share with them. (Go to Formalize) (b) If you get a lukewarm, “well, maybe, I might be interested,” but you feel they are still a bona-fide PF Prospect, then invite them to visit and “test drive” your Forum or one you get info from Kevin about for up to 3 visits.

NOTE: When you place someone in a Forum, whether it’s “official” or a “test drive,” please follow up in at least 3 ways: . Contact Facilitator. . See how the Prospect is doing after each of their first 3 meetings. . After 3 meetings, contact your Prospect – by phone or in person – to get their feedback. What do they think? What have they enjoyed the most? Do they have questions? If ready to join, proceed to: Formalize.

(c) If they want to know what is involved, share with them the next 4-steps as if they are becoming a Partner.

▪ FORMALIZE: State: 1. “To formally become a Pinnacle Forum Partner, you can complete the Commitment Form either online or on paper. We can do either one right here and right now. They can also take the new Partner’s information over the phone or inform you on how to fax/mail the Commitment Form to the main office.

▪ INVITE: o Invite them to your Forum. Let them know about when/where your Forum meets, and be prepared, too, if they need another one to be placed in. Call Kevin right then for info!

o Whether you get an (a) or (b) from your ASK, PLEASE contact their Forum Facilitator & have them personally get in touch with the potential Partner within the next day to give them a warm welcome, etc.

o Each Forum Facilitator must give the visiting potential Partner a “Confidentiality Agreement”.
