Job title: Stock Controller Job Band: G Reports to: Stock Control Team Leader Department: Stock Control Location: Highland Spring Group, (The Ochils), Stirling Street, Blackford, PH4 1QA - requirement to travel to sites/warehouses throughout UK. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm (37.5 hours p/w) with a requirement for potential weekend working Main purpose of job: Responsible for ensuring stock in all Warehouses is accurately represented by stock on systems and is available to be despatched correctly and on time. Main duties:

 Managing Stock Movements to and from External Warehousing.  Stock Cycle Counting and counts at all HSG sites and External Warehouses  Reconciling Stock Counts from HSG and 3rd Party Warehouses and investigating discrepancies.  Verification of and Booking into stock of RMA’s  Processing Stock adjustments on Syteline.  Item Set up and maintenance of Finished Goods Data on Syteline.  Preparing Management Information and recording of stock data  Aisle, Location and Zoning Set-up and Maintenance.  Input and Verification of HSG Production Data from other Sites.  Management of Low Shelf Life, Out of Date and Obsolete stock

Key skills and requirements:

 Experience in 3rd Party Warehousing Process and Controls.  Competent IT skills including intermediate knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook  Experience of using Syteline or any other ERP system.  Systematic and well organised  Driven and not afraid to use own initiative  Confident to work independently but successfully as a team  Passionate and enthusiastic  Good communicator  Valid Driving Licence
