Pear Honey Sticky Buns
1 pan of Sister Schubert’s Yeast Rolls, thawed ½ c. Pear Honey Jam ½ stick of butter, melted ½ c. chopped toasted pecans
Preheat oven to 350. Remove rolls from aluminum pan. Pour butter into pan, pear honey, and sprinkle nuts evenly in pan. Replace rolls upside down back into the pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Remove pan from oven. Place a serving plate on top of pan of rolls and flip over, so that rolls are on the plate. Pour any sauce left in pan over rolls. Serve immediately.

Sweet and Spicy Pear Bourbon Glaze
¼ c. bourbon ¼ c. apple cider vinegar 1/2 c. packed light brown sugar 1 jar Emily G’s pear honey 1 t. minced ginger ¼ t. cayenne 2 T Dijon ½ t. cumin ½ t. salt
Bring all ingredients to a simmer – cook 5 minutes stirring constantly. Use as a glaze for chicken or pork.
